Draft – to be reviewed
Terms
Last updated: October 2026
This is a plain-English draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It sets out the basic terms for using the MyParkOnsite website and visitor parking service, operated by ARRDesign Creative Inc. (“we”, “us”), Vancouver, British Columbia.
What MyParkOnsite is
MyParkOnsite is a tool that helps buildings register visitor vehicles, track which unit each guest belongs to, and see when a visit ends. We provide software. We do not manage your parking, tow vehicles or enforce parking rules. Those decisions stay with your building and its towing provider.
Who these terms apply to
- The building (strata corporation, owner or property manager) that signs up for the service.
- Staff and residents who use the service under a building's account.
- Visitors to this website.
Using the service
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- Only register guests and vehicles for genuine visits, and follow your building's own parking rules.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it, or access another building's data.
- We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
The building's responsibilities
The building is responsible for having the right to share its resident and staff information with us, for telling its residents how their information is used, and for the rules it sets for visitor parking, including monthly hours and any consequences for going over. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is as shown on our website or as agreed in writing with the building. We invoice monthly, and taxes are extra where they apply. Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions a building makes using information from the service (such as towing decisions). Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees the building paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
We own the MyParkOnsite software, name and website content. A building keeps ownership of its own data and gives us permission to use it to provide the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.
